Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi Doctor, I have problem like continuous sneezing mostly due to weather change and it becomes worse when there is lot of humidity or when it rains. I have runny nose and headache, it becomes very severe and I have to return from office and take cetrizine and go to sleep to get myself working again. Could you suggest some solution ? Hi, I am facing breathing issues from last 3 weeks. It starts with difficulty in breathing which if continues leads to severe headache, my body start shivering and feel dizziness. Few days back, i started facing this issue when i was in office and i was admitted to hospital. Several test like potassium test, ECG, bp  was done but all in vain. Doctor says its due to stress but i know that's not true. Please suggest what to do.

I have cough issues for 2 weeks and when i cough severr it blovked my throat not able to breathe and sometimes i got vomited what i ate. Which specialists should i consult. I already went general doc but medicine does not helps.
