Chest & Breathing Problems

I have Von Willebrands disease type 1. For the past few days I’ve really been struggling to breathe and tonight my abdominal area has turned a light purple color. Should I be concerned?

Hello,doctor..i am teacher..in a private school.i have to talk continuously..with children...whenever i sharted shouting..my throat started paining.when i talk continuously..or shouting..then breathing problem happened...heart palpitation,then the flow of oxygen  became low...it troubled me..day by day for last couple of weeks...voice also cracked...what to do...i am in deep trouble...i want to stay fit..want to talk continuously without any problems in throat or voice...or in lungs...tell me what to do...
