Chest & Breathing Problems

I'm facing allergy problem of sneezing and nose block from almost 3 years now. I have done allergy test and started using Duonase Nasal Spray almost 2 years now. But no relief found hence please suggest some better way.

Me and my friend hired a hot tub. We both now have a chesty cough and sore throte could this be hot tub lung.
