Chest & Breathing Problems

I live in Arizona and I do workout quite a bit problem is recently I have been having trouble breathing. I’m practically wheezing for air I feel a small like tightness in my chest/throat. I’m not dehydrated as doctors already “diagnosed “ this

Hi, I have always had breathing issues but as far as I was aware it was due to the weakness I feel usually due to my low levels of ferritin. Recently, I have been too breathless, and find it even more difficult to breathe while I am lying down and feel heavy on my chest all the time. I also felt this recent pain between my lower jaw to chest area and that has happened twice in the past 1 week. Please guide as to what could be my next steps in case I should go to a specific doctor or get a test done beforehand. I am beta thalassemic minor and have traits of anaemia as well.
