Chest & Breathing Problems

I am not doing any physical exercise since 1. Month and last 10 days i suffered from cold since then i am having breathing problem . I m taking deep breath . No other symptoms . Pulse bp normal .

I've been coughing for two weeks,now I have a blocked chest every morning,how do I get rid of it? Please Help

Doctor, yesterday I took PFT Test( spirometry) , required for employment in petroleum refinery. In the resultant graph the peak of the graph crossed 7 on y-axis But online I read that volume should be minimum 80% of the predicted value. So does that mean I have failed the test or the peak at 7 is just normal and I have to consider other parameters too.? Please reply asap
