Chest & Breathing Problems

I had swelling right elow my shoulder and its been 2months im daily coughing up blood and tightness in the chest and also pain while taking a deep breath

As I do some physical activity like walking fast on stairs, suddenly I get difficulty in breathing and darkness in visibility. I had to rest on bed with deep breaths. Things get normal after 5-10 mins, but get repeat again as physical burdons comes. What type is doc I should go and what may be cause of that.

My father in law whose age is 68 is suffering from breathing issue during cough at night. During this he is unable to speak. This is has happened for third time in 3 weeks. Kindly suggest & also inform to whom we should consult ENT/NEURO or other.

Three days ago I woke up and my chest was hurting. I also had some pain with breathing. I used my inhaler and it got better. he next day I didn't have pain, but when I went to the dentist and they checked my bp it was 150/74. This is very unusual for me and my systolic bp is typically 120-127. Should I go see an urgent care/ ER or schedule an appt with GP?
