Chest & Breathing Problems

Hey, I'm a 35 years old male, I have been noticing some changes in my living. I have been suffering from Cough, often with yellow or green mucus and also Chills, which sometimes cause shaking. There is also shortness of breath. I sometimes even feel like I'll choke and die. I would like to know are they the symptoms of lung infection in adults? Or is it something else? Guide me asap!

I went to nandi hills and climbed up a lot of stairs there. While reaching to the top I felt I was out of breath and also had a little chest pain for about 5 seconds. After sometime it became normal. I also have this chest pain when I pull my luggages in railway platform. It is usually mild and I haven't really cared about it in the past. Is that normal or a consultation is required?

Constant Cough and breathing problem My mother has Eczema frm many yrs and she s under homeo medications sudnly last month she has got severe cough and its nearly 25 days, homeo doctor said to take chest xray and it says bronchitis. V also took CBC count in which eosinophils is 12.60% and ESR rate is 35mm. s it a serious problem ? Is that an indication of serious infection or cancer ?
