When I was 9 years old my friend beat in my chest very hardly. After that i facing breathing problem and my grandmother did some massage on my chest and back and asked me to do not run faster and do not lift heavy weights. After her treatment I was able to breathe normally. At the same time if I run for few metres or I lift heavy weights then my breathing problem starts again. Again we went to my grandmother for same massage. Now I m 28 yrs old and if I run for few metres then I face breathing problem. If I do any physical work then also I m facing breathing problem very quickly. When I go for running with my friends got fatigue after 2 rounds but for me I get fatigue in half round. Please suggest me what I have do to avoid fast fatigue.
