Chest & Breathing Problems

I feel suffocation at times and it's difficult to breathe..I gasp for some fresh air and need to breath via mouth

I have difficult to breath via nose...many times I have to use mouth for breathing please help me for treatment.

1 week ago my by level is 17.2, 5days i took test again in other lab it is 15.9 i. Same lab i took after 3 days it was 16.3 and today it was 17.4, what would be the reason, plz let me know. I have done peripheral smear it is normal.

My brother is diagnosed Pleurisy &Pneumonia. After 11 days of antibiotics through IV, pleural effusion still continues. Doctor planning for biopsy as the cause is unclear. Pleural fluid tests came negative for tb, culture and malignancy. So please advise what can be the possible causes for it.

Doctor, yesterday I took PFT Test( spirometry) , required for employment in petroleum refinery. In the resultant graph the peak of the graph crossed 7 on y-axis But online I read that volume should be minimum 80% of the predicted value. So does that mean I have failed the test or the peak at 7 is just normal and I have to consider other parameters too.? Please reply asap

Doctor, I have yesterday gone through medical check up( needed for employment in petroleum refinery). I consider myself completely fit and don't have any breathing problem. Yet when I took PFT Test( spirometry), the reading in the resultant graph just passed 6 or 7. So does this mean that I am medically unfit??? Or its just normal. Online I read that the value on the graph should pass 8. I am really worried since my future is dependent on it. Please help me as soon as possible.

Are there any like carbon monoxide and nitrogen monoxide masks I am having asthma so I am asking this question sir
