Chest & Breathing Problems

From last 7 days i m feeling shortness of breath there is no fever cold or cough also no other symptoms

On 4th night i felt pain in left hand, left upper back and chest compression, i went to er, they did ecg and troponin and it came out normal, they released saying to go opd, opd i went cardiologist, who did echo and said everything ok and referred to ortho and chest, chest doc gave me xray which came out normal, and ortho thinks this might be muscle cramp but there is no paon in muscle, chest doc gave me citrizen, inhaler, nexprofast 40 and tyrptomer, so now its been almost a week my neck and back pain and hand pain almost all time there, sometimes negligible sometimes its moderate, and i have problems when talking or doing much work breathing, i have been taking this medicines for last 3 days, chest pain didnt come that much but back neck and hand pain till my little finger is there, now i sud mention if its relevent or not, on 31st i got injured in neck with heavy weight falling, but the pain went away totally after 3 days, i did say this to doc, he said its non relevent.

I have left chest pain since i sneez hard a month before It pains sometimes when i bend over, sometimes when i wake up and sometimes when i take rest Pls let me know what could be the reason

Gland tuberculosis operated took those fluid off in last Monday 11.06.18. Fnac report comments : Mycobacterial abscess.

Is consuming milk harmful while having cough and asthma ??....    ..................................

Hi doctors, my niece told me that she sometime feel pain and piercing just below chest on left side and find it difficult to breath for 5 - 8 seconds. She is also having problem of asthma but pain and piercing happens after every one or two days.
