Cancer Care and Treatment

I have this on going issue where I am currently on enbrel for psoriasis and have malignant cells come up. Are they linked as the cause from the enbrel? I don't know any other medications to help.

A patient of cml..on iMatinib 400mg dose...my whole report is coming normal...just my WBC are continuously going down..they are 3.70 now ..what is the cause of it and my Liver report has coming normal just my Bilirubin  level is above the normal its 1.6 ..please let me know my situation.. Is it critical

I feel a lump in my breast left and right side .. I did a ultrasound image and it appeared a mass . Can a physical exam by oncologist or general surgeon detect if it is cancer or not ?

I have like a lump in breast right and left side and in my neck and I can feel them . I did ultrasound . Is this situation require a fine needle aspiration or do I need core needle biopsy l or surgery to detect if it is cancer ?

I had testicular tumor for which I have been operated. I was under observation. Reports are normal for 6 months now it showed elevated afp 580 and B-hcg 150. I have yet to have ct scan. How many dose of chemotherapy need to be given to me and or any other option. Thanks in advance
