My mother is having cyst in right ovary measuring 4.9*4.9cm ,4.1*4.1cm.Right ovary :12.0*6.0cm...her age is 51years...CA 125 is normal-5.26u/ml....whom should we consult ..Is there any chance of ovarian cancer...whom should we consult..

Hi Doctor My mother is undergoing her 11th cycle of chemo and she has undergone radiation therapy to her brain last month .. she is a case of metastatic breast cancer ... recently a dietician advised her not to drink coconut water ....she is having extreme tiredness after chemo and she was asking whether she can intake tender coconut water ... is there any problem? can't figure out why she was asked not to intake...
