Patient has Gastric adenoca antropyloric region 6×5×4 cm with few regional l.n involvement..presently persistent black vomitings due to severe gastric outlet obstruction and cannot tolerate liquids as well vomits out black water..want to consult if we should go for palliative resection n gastrojejunal bypass or just the bypass to relieve his vomiting n symptoms?...he also has h/o cardiac dis ,i.e, 90% LAD lesioned n grade 1 atheroma in arch for which he is on medications n no surgical intervention...he has h/o DM n HTN but presently he is showing hypoglycemic trends from 1 n half month..kindly suggest me with which procedure i shud proceed

My mother had CT scan done today and report says following - Lobulated Hypodense SOL's in the peritoneal cavity in left paracolic region measuring 5.6*3.8cms and 3.0*3.0cms, with mild perilesional fat stranding -? infective / Neoplastic etiology. Doctor thinks it is cancer tumor. Please advise. There is a test suggested -CT contract Abdomen

I have these armpit lumps that I’ve had for a long time now. Doctor has examined them and said they’re cysts/blocker glands and they could be there forever but if they’re not causing any problems to leave them. I have anxiety over lymph nodes however they said they are not as I can pick these lumps up when I pick my armpit skin up. You wouldn’t be able to do this with lymph nodes would you as they’re fixed?

After sonography & ct scan its confirmed that multiple enlarged lymh nodes are seen in abdomen. Needs to confirm about kochs disesase or lymphoma. In this case biopsy or pet scan, which one is better, full proof & minimum painful procedure?
