Hi Doctor, i have 3 swollen posterior cervical lymph nodes in left side of my neck, i notice this is February 2018, on 6th May 2018 i went for ultra sound and my report mention that i have bilateral sub centimeter lymph nodes, my GP told me nothing to worry and he ask me to monitor it, if size increases it need to be further investigated. 10 days back i got left ear infection and i notice these lymph nodes are increased in size, yesterday i went for another ultrasound i found 2 large lymphnodes of sizes 12mmX4mm & 9mmX4mm. this time doctor gave me antibiotics for 7 days and he said nothing to worry and it will become normal with medication. i am very much terrified because when i google i found more than 1cm size of lymphnode is suspicious,  kindly can u help me to understand what could be the reason of sudden increase in my lymphnode size, and what are the possibilities of malignancy in my case. Please verify pet scan report and suggest the next step.Is it treated with chemo followed by surgery or first we can go with surgery.please advice.

My sister is 10 years old & suffering bone cancer. She has PNET on left femur and has been complete 10 cycles of chemotherapy. Now doctor suggest radiotherapy as an alternative to surgery. Doctor said curable rate of cancer is same for surgery and radiotherapy. Now i need to know that radiotherapy will be better or need surgery to get better result? Isn't surgery has better curable rate than radiotherapy? Which one should we choose between surgery and radiotherapy to cure cancer? Please help me.

Hi in last monthI have operated my 2nd primary cancer in jaw of Left corner of my mouth. Doctor removed some part of my jaw and covered with Wall flaps from chest muscle. In biopsy report only melignency find in muscle. Jaw bone was free from any rumor or melignency. Doctor told me not required for chemotherapy and radiation treatment. Is this right decision or not. I am unable to eat any food. I can't chewing because my jaw is not in shape. Please provide me any solution how jaw will be in shape so that I can able to eat again.

Patient underwent Hysteroscopy with Dilation and Currettage BIOPSY RESULT-- Endometriod Adenocarcinoma figo grade 2 After 3 weeks surgical procedure was done Post S/P Exploratory laparotomy + Hystrectomy + B/L Salphingoopherectomy + B/L Pelvic Node Dissection Poorly differentiated high grade serous adenocarcinoma of the endometrium figo grade 3 Size of tumor: 4*3*0.8 cm infiltrating less than half of myometrium. Regional lymph nodes are negative pT1aN0Mx Is chemo or radiation necessary?

I found a very small hard lump on roof of  mouth four months ago, it is not increasing till now, then i go for cbct scan, doctor say it is normal bony growth please see my report and tell

My aunt recently suffered throat problem we went to ent surgeon he said there flesh grown he did bipasy that report came as I am attaching it suggest me whether treatment is there or not
