Breast tumor taken 7 chemo therapy one more to  be taken as per records tumor is in first stage not spreaded to any tissues 15 lymphods were disected it has spreaded to only 1 lymphnode

I have operated my 2nd primary cancer of jaw on 26th April of last month with  flap from chest muscles. Still I am taking liquid and soft food. From last 6 days I fee there is something in my throat which touch when I speak or eat or in normal swallow like something stuck. Is this any serious issue or related with my recent surgery effect. Please guide me what should I do now.
