My mother had undergone surgery for left breast carcinoma. Breast surgery was done after giving her 4 chemos. We have received the Biopsy report Post NACT. We were under the impression that 4 more chemotherapies were enough. However, our Medical Oncologist has suggested 12 chemotherapies for 12 weeks basis the Biopsy report. I would like to know if this is the right course of treatment. Please find attached the Biopsy, Discharge summary and other reports.

My father have completed radiation therapy and now doctor have suggested Photon Gard lotion, as per Details by him, it's a spray, problem is I can't find any details online about it. So my query is, should we use this medicine?

My babai will struggle with ass camcer from almost six months, but he doesn't know that's the ass cancer, just knowing in the previous time, doctor says that's the ass cancer, we will do an surgery but , after surgery, the wastage Bowel was removed out and , it will satyed life time, please help us, is there any alternative option??

My mother was diagnosed with serous carcinoma, high grade. She has gone through hysterectomy with b/l salpingo oophorectomy. She also was given adjuvant radiotherapy (IGRT technique, 50 Gy in 25 fractions and 3 applications of HDR brachytherapy total dose of 15 Gy). Now the doctor has suggested Chemotherapy for 3-4 sessions in 21 day intervals. However, he also mentioned that there is no proven study for the effectiveness of chemo for patients with Stage 1a high grade serous carcinoma. Can you guide us on following: - is Chemo necessary for such patients? - given that she is 61 yrs and has a history of big illnesses every year (dengue, chikungunya, eye infection that couldn't be diagnosed for 6 months etc), how likely is it that chemo will weaken her permanently after the treatment? - have seen cases where chemo lead to relapse of severe leukaemia. So which is better: No chemo vs Chemo with side effects - what is the recurrence rate of such cancers with & without chemo? Many thanks.

Hi, My brother(21),underwent the treatment for Cancer, 25radiation and 2chemo cycles,before surgery 3chemo cycles after the surgery. Colostomy closure is done 2months back He is having pain in the areas like abdomen, back pain , bladder and nearby places. We are afraid of second cancer like colon, bladder , kidney cancers We are planning to go for PET CT scan whole body. Ques:-does PET CT scan shows each type of existing cancers? Do we get the information of all these cancer existance?

November (2017) - recurrent medulloblastoma, Leptomeningeal. From time of recurring the disease and Tumours have been spinal based, but scan on the 6/6/2018 shows 2-3 new brain mets and disease in the brain. What time do u think is left now weeks,months,years ???. Irinotcan and temozolomide stoped due to not working starting etipiside on Monday. How much time do you think is left
