I am attaching pictures... I've circled the white spot and bump I am talking about... I am really worried what it is... I feel a scratchy sensation while swallowing food and also sometimes burning and sore sensation... All this is restricted to the right side.. I can see a small bump and a white dot like  spot on top of it in the back throat wall as shown in pictures ... What could this be? I have health anxiety so I am really worried... Please help.. Is there anything to worry? What is it?

Will that get cured if we get into a surgery? Is surgery enough to cure this? What else to do to get cured. Is this so severe?

These problem show in 8th year children ad doctor his blood group is different from her mother 's blood group so please give me right explain to these reports
