Cancer Care and Treatment

I've had this lesion since May 2017, I noticed it cause it was painful like a pimple at first and it was a kind of pink/flesh colored. I tried removing it myself May 2017 using baking soda paste, it scabbed, fell off and grew back about 2 weeks later, only now it looks like a brown uniform color. It isn't painful at all, doesn't itch or cause any discomfort physically, I haven't noticed it get bigger or change shape. Does this look like a melanoma? I've never used tanning beds and don't spend much time in the sun. Pictures I have provided are taken 2 years apart. Thank you for your time.

In biopsy get positive non small cell lung cancer. What to do? Any treatment without operation pls suggest me

Dear Doctor I'm suffering from Giant cell Tumor in Lungs and Right leg I have been diagnosed in December 2015 in Right leg knee tibia bone and 2019 Feb i have diagnosed Giant cell Tumor in Lungs. Almost more than 5 times got operation in Leg Now Tumor is in Lungs. Even the Xgeva injection does not work i have taken enough injection since 2 years. Condition is very critical having dangerous pain in lungs and legs... Can anyone suggest is there any Radiation therapy to kills Giant cell Tumor in International country... Please let me know. Don't suggest for Ayurveda or homeopathy..

Since 7-8 months I always feel fatigue and a feeling of something stuck in left side of neck. I have Gastrointestinal issues like indigestion and loose stool. I went to several Doctors E.N.T( 2 dr.) , General Physician (3 dr..) , Gastroentrlogist and did all sort of test - CBC(4times), Thyroid, PA view Xray, USG, LFT(2times), Renal test, BUN, TLC(3 times), Chromatogram, Throat culture (2times), HIV 1&2, malaria test, typhoid test, Antibody test , widal test, ESR, RBC count, Hepatitis A,B test, GI Endoscopy (2 times). Everything came back normal only Vit D defeciency found and H pylori. But I feel something sinister is going on(god forbid). I was given medicine but I didn't get releif, my symptoms are - 1. Sudden chills (goosebumps) 2. Extreme fatigue and depression. 3. Left side throat pain along with ear and feeling of something stuck(although ENT didn't find anything) My query is can Vit d defeciency or H.Pylori cause these symptoms or something else( Dr. Google is killing me)

Today I observed small rash/lump on my neck. Is it rash or is it symptom​ of cancer?how to identify rash or lump.

Would like someone to explain this more to me as my doctors don't know how to and my symptoms are stil there and I'm in so much pain!!

Hi my sister is 28 years old. Before 20 to 25 days.. she feel pain in her foot joint . Dr first diagnosed gout. But after taking gout medicines pain not gone. Tjen we do sonography. And that report he doubt about arthritis. And he said do some test and come after 15 days. Yesterday we do all test and her . CRP is 13 And ESRis 40 RF is negative Is that indicated cancer? Becouse her CRP LEVEL IS HIGH plz guide us . And
