Cancer Care and Treatment

Hi Doctor, Recently we visited orthopedic doctor for wrist swelling and pain for my wife she is 33. He suggested for some blood tests like CPB, ESR, Vitamin D etc. in CBP total WBC was 11200 Initially. Doctor asked us repeat CBP after 10 days WBC may increase with infections there is chances to reduce. As suggested we have done CBP now count is 14000. He suggested to visit Hematologist. I am attaching CBP and ESR. Please suggest further steps after reviewing reports.

Was diagnosed at R&R hospital, Delhi. I was serving in the Indian Army then. No medication prescribed. Quarterly CBC test is being done to check the counts.

Hi I have made 2 X Ray this year respectively on May and July month and planning to consult a pulmonologist this month. If the physician again ask for any imaging test which involves ionizing radiation (like CT SCAN) will it make any change into my dna and initiate cancer?

Hi I have recently listened to a couple of experiences of some of my friends whose relatives have diagnosed with cancer at a late stages but they have just felt the symptoms. Hence, I have searched for a couple of screening test to detect cancer and I found MRI is one of the most important tool used by the physicians to detect the disease. Hence, I want to know.is it safe to have a full body MRI once each year for better precautions and how can I get the permission for the test easily as physicians do not recommend these test except any reason.

I've had this lesion since March 2017. It felt painful like a pimple when I first noticed it but the pain went away the next day, I tried removing it on my own using a baking soda method I read online. It scabbed, healed , and grew back. So I left it alone. June 2019 I scratched my back and accidently knicked it. It bled a little, scabbed and healed. I don't think it has grown, it looks to be the same shape and size it's always been. But the color looks darker. I visited a GP who said it didn't look worrisome and it's rather small (about 3.5mm)... As a form of habit I constantly take pictures of my mole and rub at it to see if there is any pain. (there isn't) but I have noticed today it looks to have 2 spots in it. I have made an appointment with a dermatologist but it's not for another 3 weeks. Does this look like a melanoma? I have no family history and I never burn in the sun. I'm scared. I have 2 kids to care for. First photo is taken in March 2017 second was taken today (8/8/19)

Hi Doctors, My left side wisdom tooth is growing and there is a white colour above that tooth and on the end of the cheek near to the tooth. Been to a dentist and he told me that there is nothing to worry ( no signs of lekoplakia or erthoplakia) and it's happening bcos of wisdom tooth growth and tooth needs to be removed and it will be resolved. I'm planning to get that removed in December month Now but worried bcos of that white  color on cheek ( have attached & Marked the image  FYR) Please let me know if there is any problem in the image
