Hello, I was a tobacco chewer. I got white and red patched with hard line on right buccal mucosa and red lesion on left buccal mucosa. I have quitted the habit from 2 yrs back...and had taken lycopen and multivitamins. 2 months back my doc suggest to do biopsy...and report was leukoplakia on right and consistent with erythroplakia on left. Doctor prescribed RET 10(all trans retionic acid) tablet to take twice daily and follow up after 3 months. I am not getting any changes ..kindly help me...will i need to change my doctor?

My mother is 63 yrs old she is diagnosed from  multiple myeloma in 2013 and is in treatment for so long..now she's suffering from hyperthyroidism also so plz suggest. How to control it as she's taking lenangio 20 mg which can't be Given together with thyroid..for thyroid she's taking neo-mercazole 10 mg daily...her tsh is 30. t3 and t4 is normal .

I am suffering from left chest pain for 7 months .. I do all test chest CT scan On 26/12/18.X Ray .heart test(ECG, ECHO, TMT all r nagative).. continue 7 months white sputum comes out from my mouth.. 1week ago I got cold .. but I don't do coughing.. today I notice I coughed up sputum with blood.. I am worried I got cancer or not.. Mantoux test on 28/12/18 nagative I am a non smoker..I don't consume Biri,tobacco, hookah in my life.. I upload my CT scan report & picture of the sputum.. please help me I am worried

Hello Sir/Mam, I have fever for 3 days on day 4 i go to doctor he told me to take blood test. In test my ESR is 100 he told me there is sweeling in liver and also that if i got fever again then do lung x ray? Kindly guide me is this a big problem why he told me to to take xray of lungs? We got HER2 report as "MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION & IMPRESSION Infiltrating duct carcinoma High nuclear grade NRBM 3+2+3=8. Grade - 3(measuring 5.5x5×2 cm) Lymphonsular emboli and perinueral invasion not seen PT3. IHC ER Negative (internal control positive) 0% - PR Negative (internal control positive) 0% - Cerb2 Negative (Score)  0% HER2 IHC Scoring criteria in Breast Cancer: IHCO (Negative) No reactivity or membrane staining <10% of invasive tumor cells. IHC1+ (Negative) Faint/barely perceptible membrane staining barely perceptible membrane staining in >10% of tumor cells: cells only stained in part of membrane IHC2+ (Equivocal): Weak-to-moderate complete membrane staining in >10% of invasive IHC3+ (Positive) Strong complete membrane staining in > 10% of invasive tumor cells." And after surgery removed breast and nodes biopsy report got as tumer free. Do we need further treatment, is there any serious.

Hi, For my wife (age 28) doctor recommended Chemotherapy for 16 cycles for HER2 report as negative result. For this doctor suggested to fix a chemo balloon at chest part to inject medicine directly. Does it chemo balloon required mandatory and what will happen if we take medicine through hand like glucose. Could you please tell difference and impacts. Which is better option to take chemo medicine.
