You will need both chemotherapy and radiotherapy ( Depending on the biopsy report) with or without hormone tablet depending on ER/PR status report

A breast cancer cT2N1 is completely curable.
Adjuvant Chemotherapy is a must.
Radiotherapy may or may not be needed.
We need to see the final Pathology report of the tumour respected during surgery.
