Attaching herewith Biopsy Report of my Brother, mentioning Exophytic well differentiated Carcinoma and residual carcinoma Is it very serious..? Plz Consult..

Tongue cancer require excision with 1 cm margin(normal tissue) all around. Also need to do neck lymph node removal.along with it.

Next Steps

Will need to do MRI and see complete report before repeat surgery
