Leiomyosarcoma involving the broad ligament will be stage 2, But it needs to be confirmed as Leiomyosarcoma on Immunohistochemistry. Get that test done.
Lymphnode status and CT imaging to rule out advanced stages. Discuss with your surgeon regarding the same.
If Leiomyosarcoma stage 2, Patient needs chemotherapy because it is high grade tumor.

This is a post operative report for case of leiomyosarcoma - right board ligament . This is a high grade cancer which requires further treatment in form of chemotherapy . Decision to you radiotherapy will depend on the surgical removal , and the status of margins.
