Cancer Care and Treatment

My father has some unusual growth in mouth which doesn't pain but sometimes it is red and after taking b complex meds its redness goes away. He has used tobacco in 90's for around 3-4 years after that he left it. Since then he hasn't use any tobacco products. He used supari for some years on and off. There no pain at all but there is growth what are the chances of cancer.

Im a woman aged 44 years And recently experienced an episode of feeling hot around my face at night time a few days back.I felt like i was sweating but there wasn't any significant sweat it just felt a little uncomfortable.I turned on the air conditioner after which i felt cold and slept shortly afterwads.Just wanted to know what it could be cause i read on google that it could be a symptom of lymphoma so i was slightly worried.It has happened only once and its been 5 days since it happened.There was not significant sweating.Is it anything to worry about.I dont have any other symptoms. 

Is. 20msv radiation dose by CT scan causes cancer within 2 months after exposure. This is the only CT scan I have had in my entire life. And I am afraid that I got lung cancer???

Have been smoking for on and off for 8 years. Started to have a mild pain in the throat area. Got the ultrasound done and there were very small cysts in the thyroid. Doctor told me not to worry and asked me to quit smoking. I did quit smoking and the pain went away. Unfortunately I started smoking again and it has started to hurt again. Could it be cancer? What tests I do to make sure it isn't?

I have multiple lumps from 6 years I didn't get any pain even the lumps are located on my stumuc area also is there any problem
