My Father (age 64) is detected with Lung Tumor. Please check reports and lets us know the possible procedure or next step..please

What is meant by echopoor lesion?It shows small mural echogenic area. No cystic foci or calcification noted.No significant vascularity is noted. I have attached a report. Can you please explain.

3 years ago I underwent adrenal tumor surgery. I get routine follow up done by USG or CT scan.Recent report said like I have a apleen lesion. Can you please guide ? How dangerous is it? Can it be cured? Report attached.

My mother is suffering from pain between her chest and stomach from last few months. It goes and comes back. But few days back suddenly der felt a lump or tumor kind of thing(3-4) so we went for a checkup nd d doctor advised for a xray which came out be perfectly fine. Dey gave her some pain killers which eventually reduced d pain but it is not completely gone nd it keeps popping back. Though d lump kind of is also not visible after d medication. But i fear if it is something more serious. I have done a lot of research from my side and i fear of cancer. Doctors just recommend xray nd give some medicines and just ignore d seriousness of it. I  would be very grateful if anyone here can help me with how we can come to a conclusion dat y is it happening nd how to detect a cancer or if der is anything more to it. Or is it just me overthinking.

62 yrs female,post hysterectomy pt;T1N0M0 invasive ductal carcinoma (mucinous) triple positive receptor status.underwent MRM and chemotherapy and transtuzumab. Now prescribed letrozole 2.5mg. .shall it be continued for 5 yrs??

I've had my CT scan of chest and abdomen with contrast can anyone tell me how much radiation dose I get from it my parameters of that machine on which I get scan is 120kv/112mas I am attaching values. And they scan me three times one I am not sure that is scout scan or what then they put some fluid through vein in my body and after that they again scan me?? I am afraid they have given me extra dose which will give me cancer and this is the only CT scan which I've undergone in my life ?? Help me I am afraid
