Can I take Zincovit Syrup with Nervon Forte or any antidepressants? I am getting tinitus in my ear after taking Zincovit with antidepressants. What shall I do?

I am having memory concentration issue almost long time in my life. I am cerbel palay in my child hood. It is affected my left leg and hand. I am putting lot of effort to learn new things but I can't remember anything. Also, two years before I consult dr, he suggested to take one test ENMG RNS. after I consult my family doctor he suggested not required for this test. Please advise, how to improve my memory and concentration. Even, I loading my memory day by day...
