I feel my nerves tingling from past one year. I have taken antibiotics after consulting ENT many times. ENT doctors could not find anything in my throat. No one understood my problem. It is not painful but is irritating. Now way too much,sometimes giving headache

Yesterdsy night when I lied down to sleep I feels sudden heaviness n pressure at back of head and top of neck and also at top of head.. I got scared and got up.. pressure eased bit..I spent whole night in anxiety coz I read online that this happens when person have brain tumour or bleeding... but day before yesterday night I watched 2 hour movie on laptop Lying down n I had no problem.. even yesterday afternoon I has watched 3 back to back movies widout any heaviness and I felt happy n relaxed then how suddenly it can happens? I wear specs as my far vision is very weak n I can't see anything widout specs I am very worried. Will I dies from brain tumour or bleeding.. plz urgently help me.. I have a pain in occipital region since last six month sometimes its radiate to temporal region. While i feel temporal pain i doesn't feel any pain in occipital lobe. Its radiating from temporal to occipital. It was going to my lower jaw molar teeth. After removing of lower jaw molar pain stopped radiating to temporal region. In MRI my SCM muscle found subcentimeter lymphnode in level 2,3,4 . I feel pain in occipital lobe while i wake up and feel my scm muscle is tight. What to do?? Any suggestions.. From past few years I have been facing a problem, initially my head gets heavy, my eyes become red mostly left side then I start to feel that my nose will bleed, most of the times it leads to nose bleeding. This is happening frequently from past few weeks. Like once in a week. My mensuration cycle is also delayed. I want know what causes it and what should I do.
