Brain and Spine Problems

My body tremors a lot specially hands legs chest and lips. It irritates  no difference while I am doing resting or working. Resting time more tremors full body. Feel short of breathness after 10 minutes walk. Sometimes feeling dizziness when lying or standing for long like 10-15minutes.  Please tell me the solution. I am unable to do any workout because of this. My blood reports is normal. I am taking gabapentin and myosone SR. on doctor prescription for last 5 months but effect of medicine is very short.

I was diagnosed for anxiety neurosis and took ct scan,blood test before that, everything is normal,i had breathlessness and pain in heart,so i went to a cardiologist,he asked me to take vitamin test,25-hydroxy vitamin D was only 6.5 ng/ ml,and i told him about the tablets given by neurologist,which are clobazam and citaris s plus for 4 th week,he advised me to take it for three months,now this cardiologist has given me nexito ls and asked me to take it along with vitamin d tablets,so i want to shall i complete the three months without taking nexito ls or shall i take the nexito ls for one month as prescribed and leave those two?will i have withdrawal symptoms?

Hello Sir/Mam, I am suffering from RLS (primary). for last 4 years. Have tried all the medicines. Prescribed by neurophysician. But there is no improvement. The pain & symptoms are severe. I feel like cutting my legs. I can't do any work.I want to know if there is surgery to get some relief.( like nerve decompression, reducing or cutting of calf muscle).my age is .30 . Male. I have  hpothroidism since 8 yearsand ibs from 1year.for ibs doctor prescribed sarotena 10 mg tablet I use 7months after I suffering covid 19 so I stop taking tablet for 2months now I have heart palpitaion and chest pain.is the side effect of stopping sarotena 10 mg tablet.i done ecg in this report  tracardia is mentioned and in echo report are normal.can i again continue to take sarotena 10mg daily.can my heart palpitations stops pease answer.
