Brain and Spine Problems

I am suffering from progressive numbness in my left side including face. It started 5 months ago with tingling in my leg. Did brain and spine Mri and all blood test all are fine. I am also suffering from anxiety from past 8 years. Doctors are saying you are completely fine, if i am fine then why am i feeling all this??

When I stare at an object, I see it moving. It sometimes feel like vibrating and sometimes just shaking or even oscillating. The rate of this movement sometimes get amplified to quite an extent that it causes nausea and discomfort and sometimes even headache. I find it very disturbing. I first noticed it 11 years back and consulted a doctor who referred me to a neurologist. But without even conducting any checkups, it was concluded that it was due to stress. I started noticing the symptoms again 2 years back briefly. Now I experience the same quite often and feels like it exist almost everytime with the rate of disturbance mostly mild. I recently went to an eye hospital and did checkup. I have spectacles now but issue still persists. What can be the reason?

I'm having tingling sensation and at times pins and needles in my right limb and back since last 1 year...Also from past 1 week..Having problem in standing due to pulling like sensation in right hip(also some swelling is there)...Taking medicines-Baga nt 1/2tablet(twice a day)daily Nurokind LC-One tablet daily..Kindly tell me whether this problem is treatable by these medicines or not...Also planning to start physiotherapy..Please tell me whether it will help me or not..

I guess I am suffering from this. Can anyone explain me it in detail. Is it normal and treatable which doctor sees this case. And is it causes Bell's Palsy and tinnitus.

I have a a burning sensation and pain on my right side of the tounge.whom shall I consult. Why it happens.

Numbness in left leg and Hand, Not able to sit and sleep, not able to walk a bit.  Swelling in whole body.

I Have been experiencing headaches at the top of my head /crown and top of head ,like someone has pulled my hair badly . Also when lying down and resting my head on the wall, I have noticed applying pressure to an area on the crown of my head gives me a severe pain. I do get headaches on forehead ,mostly when I am stressed . Is this anything serious ?
