Brain and Spine Problems

I am a patient of tinnitus snc 1.5 yrs, its not the major issue right now. The other issued that Are problematic for me is, i feel weird(crawling) sensations on my scalp when i eat(smtyms), i get tinnitus spike sometimes(spike like in either of the ear a loud sound will happen and last for half a minute), after that it goes away, after this i dnt feel fresh mostly, i blv it happens more mostly when i dnt grt engh sleep, since few days my sleep is not consistent, it brks smtyms in mid of night, and the environment feels hot even though its cold. I hv done brain mri, all audiology tests, usg neck, blood tests(i got high ige, 410). And main thing is i have been to multiple ents but no diagnosis. I suspect something in neck as when squeeze the inner part of my jaw(area where my teeth ends), tinnitus increases. When I rotate my neck towards any side it does increase! I want further diagnosis, i was hoping for a neck mri bt no one has sggstd yet :(. Plz help me, i feel helpless!

I was recommended melatonin supplement by a doctor for my insomnia, the tablet works to make me feel sleepy but still i am having difficulty falling into proper sleep, every night its getting more difficult since i feel tired and sleepy but not able to fall asleep at all. What should I do ? 🥺

Dear sir                                                                 After wake up feeling sleepy, tiredness, low energy and little hedache. i have sleep 8 hours. After 8 hours sleep i am not feeling resting. I am not over weight. I have little snore. I  take  good food. After doing small work feeling tired.  This problem from 10 years onwords. Last time I visited hospital they done tests Blood test,CBP, HG,  thyroid test, sugar test everything is normal. They given some multivitamin tables , B12,Calcium tables. I used 2 months but nothing effect on me. I consulted so many doctors they given prescriptions but till now not solved Due to this problem my professional life effected and unable to concentrate kindly give solution.

My age is 32 yrs..I am having lower back pain..which kind of doctor is best for treatment...I am confused between neurologist and ortho spine specialist...

Hello, I getting once in a while slight dizziness and body tiredness but no nausea or vomiting. I have been experiencing this almost 10 days & couple of times in single day.. most of times observed when sitting position, driving 2 wheeler.. eating something frequent and keeping body hydration I am feeling better. Did all blood test sugar, bp, hameoglobin, thyroid, cardio echo & ecg. All seems to be normal. Just want to check if anything related to neuro should I be considered for test? Can you please suggest..

My mother has a very restless sleep. She keeps rotating in her bed the whole night. She had fallen down several years back leading to injury on her head because of which she gradually lost ability to speak, reasoning and also motor functions like walking or standing up. Her left hand is always closed tight. She also has sudden mood swings and keeps crying. Need a solution to ensure she gets a peaceful rest

Hi Doctors, My grandfather is suffering with right leg 4th finger pain. The pain is from below wrist to toe , during knight times it is very bad can't sleep. Once in a while in a day, he felt the nerve or straight to the finger pulla up suddenly. If he takes pain killer then he has some relief for few hours then it will starts. Also, when he walks got relief from pain. Please help in this, why is this happening. Thanks

My mom of 49 yrs is a ckd patient and last tear she met with ischemic brain stroke in january and later she recovered. Since three days she is having involuntary passage if urine and altered behaviour.her electrolytes and urine analyisis is normal.i am hereby attaching the mri report of brain.is it a serious condition.please let me know

I had issues seeing objects to be moving when they are actually still. I recently consulted a neurologist and was said to have nystagmus/oscillopsia. I was advised to take Betahistine for a period of one month to decrease the effect. I wanted to know why I am suffering from this condition? Is it something due to work stress and overtime work?
