I have been detected dilated retro cerebral csf causing effacement of torcula measuring 44x28x21mm. This got revealed after I did CT scan for neck and head. CT neck detected straightening of cervical lordosis. MRI head confirmed arachnoid cyst.. I don't have symptoms however at times I feel some pain on right or left side of head but it lasts for few minutes. Pls suggest if surgery is required.

I lost sense near my toe region some area since two days also I have pain from below neck till mid head can't turn my neck like some gas is trapped I can't lift my neck while doing so my head hurts is it related to neurological or brain I was taking vitamins and mucomix tab as I had cold and feverish and petra beta 10 mg for anxiety

My mother complaints for dizziness and immense weakness in early morning. When she tried to tie the knot of her hair she complaint the head is moving like anything and persistent vomiting. Consulted a private doctor who suggested it might be Cervical Spongilties or Vertigo. Kindly suggest the problem and best remedy as I am unable to figure out her issue moreover she's unable to sit as well once try to sit her head start moving and vomiting persistent. She's been weak since morning. And also complaint for sweating and humidity when she feel dizziness while the outside temperature is 9°.
