Brain and Spine Problems

Center of the forehead(towords right) very rashly hiting by powerfull wood. Above 1 week back. very pain inside head and forehead from that time. Any problems is there Please tell me Any problem is there in this. If is ploblem is there cure taking medicine sir plz reply me. I am fear in this.

Hi. I was diagnosed with stress and anxiety. I hv high TSH 10.6 and low vitamin b13 and vitamin d. I was prescribed petril. I took petril for 7 days After that I left it and I experience giddiness just a momentary imbalance. This is mostly at back of the head. I do not fall or faint. Just for a moment it happens and then I get ok. Neither room spins nor my head spins It happens anytime when I cook or do work . It comes and goes for seconds so I continue doing my work. Just want to know the reason

She has been diagonised having abdominal migraine and advised by a pneuro physician: Trazine H twice a day Prodep 20 mg OD Melzap film 0.5 mg SOS Tab Mibur twice a day She was also advised Nexdom 250 SOS Apart from this she is taking treatment for PCOD i.e. Normos Metital Reeshape Thyropace The abdominal migraine is relieved by Nexdom 250 mg SOS My question is how soon can Nexdom 250 be repeated? Also how soon Melzap film 0.5 mg can be repeated if the pain recurrence happens.

Continuous dizziness and constantly sleeping, Not walking not taking proper food CT scan & MRI done. Attached are reports

My mother fees to much pain in her head, both back and front top head. When she took any painkillers type tablet she start feeling well. But pain is not normal that's too much like she can't even talk with others she must have to close her eyes and get sleep. Even she not able to eat. She feels omitting as well. Plz help is this serious ? What we must to do

On October 10 morning felt after having cold water baath felt giddiness after 1hour it is normal and felt better afte two days same feeling imbalance again checked BP and sugar and both found normal after 9 day's in the night omitting started felt vertigo feeling health check-up done nothing found in report

MRI Scan Shows: Impression: Small vessel ischaemic changes with age related cerebral atrophy. Observation: No evidence of acute infarct,hemorrhage or space occupying mass lesion noted. Multiple T2/FLAIR hyper intensities without diffusion restriction is notes in bilateral frontal and parietal deep white matter. Mild Prominence of ventricular system,sulci and basal cisterns noted.

Hi Doctors, Plz guide me. I have balance problems. Sudden neck movement causes vertigo. In morning after waking i have mild headache. Bending neck to back again coming back i feel heavy at back. After walking or travelling i fell like everything is waying and also I fell swaying sensation 24*7. I have done eply and taken medicines. I jst want to know its bppv it will take time to cure or its neurological problem.

My mother is suffering from permanent paralysis since last 28 years. I need a disability certificate from MD Neurology. Can I get some help here? So I can avoid taking her out to crowdy hospitals during this pandemic situation.
