Sometime I feel light headed, And while walking I feel that I can tell down, Dizziness, don't why is happening, Don't even know probably what is this issue

I have migrain from last one year I was ok after treatment but again I feel dizziness Is it because of migrain or vertegra Plz help me

Hi, 1 hour back the computer fell on my head pretty hard. I was sleeping and my sister was working on her computer (desktop), it fell on my head pretty hard. The side of my head hurts and my neck too. I don't have memory issues. Is it concussion or something serious like internal bleeding? So I need to worry?

Hi doctor greetings I am 24 yrs old male and for the past one week I was having cold and since yesterday I am feeling headache especially on left side (sudden sharp pain like flash that tingles and goes after few seconds) no nausea or vomiting sensation and there is no injury to head too. Hello Sir suddenly I have pain in my full body not only joints in fact full body no fever or anything and also from last 3to 4 months whenever I am doing rest poor lying on bed my full body tremor and feel shortness of breath. I taken gabapentin 200 but relief for a limited time then again same problems appear. So I want to know the reason of boost tremor and feel suddenly pain in full body. For pain relief I taken uultracet semi on orthopaedic suggestion. Whenever I laughed I have also pain back of my head. Please doctor help me what's the reason behind this. Can you please prescribe some medicine or test for this problems. Thanks in advance.

Hello doctor, im 34 years. Im not getting proper sleep at nights. This makes my whole day tired. This makes a huge difference of quality of my work. I keep my eyes closed all night even though im not getting proper sleep. I could recall all events of my past which is really unwanted during this time and it continues like a movie...i can hear all sounds around me. Sometimes in the evenings i feel like sleeping but I won't sleep.. if i sleep very rarely i sleep like hell. That time i feel very tired and body pain too after i wakeup.. This continues everyday.. Im currently taking salfasalazine (saaz) 500mg for sero negative arthritis one at night. Dont know how to over come this issue. Being a mother of two kids feels very difficult to give my best output.. Need your guidance experts..What about sleep therapist?
