Brain and Spine Problems

Hello doc, One year back I got severe headache with neck pain I consulted neurologist. He suggested to do spinal screening and the report got normal he told nothing to worry and he wrote tolperitas d and gebapin nt for pain after the use of tablets pain got relieved and after some months again started and used tablets for that. And recent times headaches are coming and going it usually left side head to neck and some times right side to neck. Recently my relative got bleed in left thalamus from that time am so much worry for my headaches. Besides the above problem: 1. My weight is 85kg 2. Iam food lover 3. Iam physical inactive 4. Improper sleep timings 5. No proper water intake Were my headaches are due to any serious problem related to brain or due to anxiety or due to any metabolism issues ?? Please help what to do ???

My wife had a very bad day last week. She had a ugly fight with her cousins due to a family issue and during that she got hit on head and she had bumps formed on head and forehead. Now bumps are almost gone but She's complaining head ache and feel of heavy Ness on head almost all day. She's vomiting from couple of days. What are these symptoms? Is this due to the bumps on head? What can we do for this? What might be the issue? Please suggest. Thanks.

Doctors discharge after 1 week and I lose weight so fast and still I have acute pain in whole body and diplopia difficulty in speaking

Respected sir/ma'am I am male 28. I have these symptoms from last 6 months which are increasing. 1. Whole body fasisculations every single day and night. Most frequent at calves, feet,palms, triceps, chest,tongue. 2.Feeling of little cramps in my body. 3. Shaking/ tremors in hand, legs and body when I use muscles more. Like holding a book in hand will cause tremors. 4. Very strong pulsations in body. 5. Fasisculations sometimes are visible and sometimes just feels like internal. 6. Sometimes uncontrolled movements in face and fasisculations near eyes. One such place is near right eye where I feel pulsations and fasisculations for almost all time. Went to neurologist 3 months. He didn't advice me EMG or NCV. Told mostly to be anxiety. I have a concern that why are these symptoms persistent. And why are they spreading to new place. Even if I m busy with work its happening all the time. Kindly advise whether its anxiety or serious signs. No caffeine no family history. Thanks

My son is 2.7 years old but he does speak properly,he utters some words but not clearly ,he utters poems as well but not clearly .he obeys whatever his father ask him to do but not any one else.he listens and responds to his name and sounds around.he doesn't recognize people even at home.worried for him if he is normal or suffering from any issue.basically I need a paediatrics neurologist.

My mom age is 49.she recently feels dizziness twice or thrice in a week or something in a day she has no blood pressure or diabetic problem when she feel dizziness ,all the thing feel moving and can't balance herself for 5 mnt.what should do plz suggest

My daughter is having developmental delay since by birth and also having right side head tilt due to which her looks also bit different when side angle and looking at the top.Had visited eye doctor she further recommended for MRI brain scan.Pls find the attached report and let me assist for further treatment

My baby girl one year 8 months old. We are giving her valparin syrup, topomac and frisium due to seizures. She's very sleepy during daytime. She sleeps nearly 3 hrs in the mid morning and 3 in the afternoon and one hour in the evening. She never sleeps during night time. We tried many ways. How to change her routine? She was never like this bfr. Is this due to medicine.
