Symptoms - muscle twitching as if scalp gets tight and contracting. Some mild tingling feelings on head. Help

Hi, I've been suffering with this headache disease since 6 years after consuming cold liquids ( mikshake, milk, lemon-water etc) Mostly I get very bad headache after consuming these in around 2 days sometimes one. Is there any treatment for this to go away? I don't want to avoid cold liquids all my life I'm so frustrated.

I have eye pain and headache last 10days back after it will reduce but sometimes pain come upper head some times eys pain redness and now I have mild headache and neckpain some giriness and vomiting sensation

I am not able to sleep since last few days. When I'm about to fall asleep I wake up with some tingling sensations in my body(head or feet). I feel these sensations throughout the day but they don't bother me much till I try to go to sleep. I also took melatonin 3 mg to help me sleep but with a lot of difficulty I was able to sleep for 4 hrs. And while sleeping I felt as if my head was about to burst. What could be the reason?

Hi sir /Madam Yesterday onwards suddenly started head rotating,my BP(Blood pressure ) is normal, while am sleeping, and turn left or right and straight (any sleeping posture) my head is continuously rotating, please suggest me any medication or any home remedies.

I have done an MRI 3 months backs and it is normal. I have pain in back of my head and pain goes off in 2 days. but i have slight dizziness and stiffness of neck. i often use mobile phones in sleeping position and a sedentary ligestyle. my work is in computer fully. I feel like having a stroke. My cholestrol sugar BP are normal. My vitamin B 12 in low 188, vitamin D total is 15.5 and total iron is 68.2. D2 - 0.0 D3- 15.5 i dont have any underlying issues except obesity. i had shortness of breathe like seasonal bronchitis. i have anxiety problems also. My que is do i want to repeat MRI to check out again to find out my issues or by just having the 3 months old MRI can i visit a neurologist.?
