Cervical herniated
I am having cervical herniated disc in September 2020 paracentral and foraminal.with 9.6 mm AP due to poor postures At the initial months i was having pain in right side only .but from nov onwards sometimes i feel pain in left side also I m not taking any medicines and living my life with precautions and working in proper posture Now after six months slight pain is there ..heaviness in both arms is there some times i fel pins nd needles in neck area Is this normal ? Should i go for further screeing ? Or should i continue to live like this ? As per my neurosurgeon... It takes very long to settle Please help

If Clinical symptoms are worsening and symptoms correlate with mri findings surgical intervention may be considered to prevent further progression of symptoms.  Consult neurosurgeon for proper examination.

If your symptoms are worsening or you are getting new symptoms then you will need a repeat MRI of cervical spine. You can try some medication like pregablin 50 at bedtime.
