Brain and Spine Problems

After an Injury During Playing Cricket in 2011 (At age of 17 Years), my lower back Continuously feels stiff and numb. i had problems in walking and doing other things. my spine is getting weaker day by day. Recently, MRI shows that some nerve compression is there at L4-L5 and L5-S1. and FRACTURED INTERARTICULARIS at L4-L5. I took medicine for fractured interarticularis. but After taking this medicine, my neck has becum stiff.it hurts when i move it. i also feel like current in hands, legs, thighs etc. The problem is more on right side. Please suggest me what should i do????

Last week i suffered from headache of my left side continue till 2 to 3 hrs..with heavy pain. Even today i feel same pain.. kindly consult me.

3 days back I was playing with my dog and suddenly he pounced on my right hand and took multiple bites. The deepest bite is located in my palm right below my index finger and other r located in the back side of my palm. My concern is the deepest bite. its hurting and i cant move my index finger & cant sleep @ night
