Brain and Spine Problems

I am facing left side whole body pain. from leg to head pain is radiating. i have gone through Brain MRI with contrast and without contrast. The reports are normal and done 8 months back. now i am facing same problems left side head pain, tong left side paining, chest paining and left leg paining. MRI spine also done and reports are attached. i visited many doctors still my problem is not yet solved and worsting daily. kindly suggest me to which specialist i have to visit and tell good doctor name in Hyderabad. help me please

I am always having an headache which in turn makes me an irritated person who gets angry on everybody for small reasons.I am sick of this. It's been almost an year

Feel very uncomfortable in my left leg. Feels tension & bit stiffness and pain from tips of the toes to hip left side in left leg obly. I had started doing gym. But I am not able to do cardiovascular exercises as both calf's are getting too much stiff. I have flat feet also.

24 hourse head ach I will feel if is sleep it will be ok but after wock up again head ach headache. Headache

I have neck pain since 2 weeks,and persistent headache (moderate), do I need to check for meningitis I tried touching my chin to chest (as read on net) but I couldn't.

Mostly I suffer from headache, even after waking up sometimes it stays. Wat could it be? There are no symptoms of migraine, I am not able to understand the cause behind it.

I Have chronic low back stiffness due to spinal stenosis , on Pregabid 75 mg and Tryptomer 10mg for the last 2 years or so and routine exercises,still stiffness remains through the day. Pl suggest some other medicine that can be started and may give me relief with minimal side effects .

Actually, basically problem is of continously seeing dreams and having uncomfortableness whole night. Already taking typtomer 10mg two tablets
