Brain and Spine Problems

My brother has been complaining of imbalance when standing or walking. It gets worse with quick lateral movement of head and getting up quickly. When he is lying down and inactive these symptoms subside. I've attached an x-ray of his cervical spine for reference. Please help with the diagnosis and advisable next steps.

My wife is suffering from severe headache from 3 weeks. She is having neck pain as well. We went to to doctor. While using the tablets she was not getting headache. After course completion again she is getting headache.

Severe back ache and fever for past 10 days. Fever with chills, seen once in 24 hrs, mostly around night or early morning hours. Back pain is too bad, unable to sit or lie down on same side for more than 15-20 mins. Bone and muscle pain, oestroporosis recently diagnosed and medication started for same. However orthopedic says muscle pain might be due to some other reasons. Blood and urine tests were done, all reports normal, malaria medication given for 3 days, no improvement. Consulted 2 orthopedics and 2 general physicians, they are unable to figure out root cause, every doctor giving different possibilities. Is MRI a required next step? How safe or accurate it is? Is there any other way to find the root cause of pain and fever?

One day my uncle's bp reaches to 280-110 due to tension so he was taken imdetly. to the hospital where the doctors have checked him and they have done many test In that test we came to know about the kidney failure His both the kidneys are working only 35% doctors told us for dialysis please suggest us what to do.

I have neck & back pain from 5-6 yrs.i am just 23.both pain are seperate. 6 yrs ago i have right side back and hip pain.Dr. suggest its disc slip.but after tratment for 1 yr pain not fully gone now they told spina bifida occulta & go for physio.but still i have pain in right back and radiate to right leg at the end ,also some type of numbness & tingling.now i go for xray ls rspine ap & lat.rsults is SPINA BIFIDA AT S1 LEVEl. 5 yr ago i have cramp in neck & head at sleeping mostly in right side.it was heavier & i feel with hand some type of internal inflame in right neck.cramp is gone but inflame never.Dr advised for physio.but its getting worse by spending time.pain in right neck,radiating in right shoulder,hand,r uper half back,r head & mouth,some type numbness and tingling,strength weakness r hand,muscles tightness in r back head.now also headche r side.now go for mri cervical spine. result is MILD DIFFUGE ANNULAR BULGE AT C5-C6 LVEL INDENTING THECAL SAC. can its be treated

I am having symptoms of temporary/momentary events of hemiparesis/ hemiplegia. Whenever i suddenly move left part of my body its paralyses and my feet and hands turn inwards for 5-6 seconds and then comes back to normal. The problem occurs only on my left part of the body and now it is also affecting my speaking capability during the attacks.

Before two year ago i was collapsed from the paralysis disease and after that there is a problem created in my paralysed part of body, there is burning just like as a chilli whenever touched in any part of the body. So I am very much distraught from it so what i do and how i can get relief from the problem.

Frequently im getting leftside head ache and ear pain,not able to open eyes to sunlight, very difficult to concentrate on work, pain will be there till to took tablets.shown to ENT specialist but no use.

I can feel swelling near to l back spinal cord from last 2-2.6 years.now a days i am feeling more pain while travelling long distance or if i will seat continuously more than 2-3 hours in office . level discomfort is increase more in last 5-6 months back, please suggest me
