Brain and Spine Problems

Hi Doctors, I did a sleep study, turns out I have mild apnea and PLMD. Making me feel groggy and sleep deprived all day. The sleep physician has prescribed Clonazepam 0.5mg and pramipexole 0.5 mg at night for PLMD. Are both safe together. I have a sharp pain in my right arm just above the elbow. Like a nerve is "firing off". It is quite painful! Any idea?

I've been having severe headache in occipital region, usually on left side, occasionally bilateral. The pain is very sharp, lancinating radiating to back of eye. The pain usually last for 3-4 hours and is only relieved on taking medication(saradon). Since past 6 days im having 2 episodes like this, one in morning upon waking up and at night.
