Brain and Spine Problems

My sister has inferior inclined broad based paracentral subligamentous protuded disc at L5/S1 level compressing ventral thecal sac md neutral exit foramina. Physiotherapy sometimes help in reducing the pain in her back and sometimes doesnt. Can u please suggest a good solution for this?? It would be kind if you can specify some good nerve specialist also in india??

Sir i had disc pblm from 7 years i hv done disc removal surgery last year, due to disc break blood circulation stopped in my right leg, and my leg some part is weak, and i m not comfortable to walking and running. sir please suggest me what should i do for it.

I’ve been having headache every day now I hit my head off car door and my left side of body goes numb

I've been having back pain only on bed time for 1 week. I can't sleep. I still wake till 4 am. The main problem should be notice that why am I not getting sleep. When I go to bed and try to sleep, I feel uncomfortable, and feel pain in back. I had cervical problem in neck before one year. I am very disturbed with these problems,

I have this problem of heavyness on the right of my head just above my ear. its like someone has put a heavy stone my head. this problem has been persisiting for an year now. i got MRI done which is normal. i have also consulted doctors some one said its migraine some said its due to depression. both of the medications didnt cure it although it helped for sometime. can anyone tell whats the problem with me as only 23 yrs old and because this headche am not able to do any work or study. hoping for a reply. thank you.
