Brain and Spine Problems

After seeing MRI & EEG reports doctor said that it is:- A well defined ring enhancing lesion is seen in the left thalamic region is to hypointense core on T2 & FLAIR with T2 Hyperintense rim. The lesion shows peripheral Restriction on diffusion weighted images. The lesion measures approx 15x15x14 mm(APxTRx CC). Please advise best possible treatment

I am feeling pressure at one particular point in my right arm, about 5 inches above my elbow and due to this, my hand is twitching a little and i feel like there is no control or strength in my arm. The intensity is low, its not like things are falling off my hands, but i am worried.

When my mom bend her neck forward then the whole body becomes numbness and tingling...We have done x ray ....The doctor suggested operation is the only treatment...

Sir,frm the past 2-3 days as soon as i get down from the stairs my head starts paining from the back side,and it continues for sometime. i hv mild fever today,can my head ache be the reason for it?? 2 days i was drencded a bit in d rain,can that be the reason for fever? i hv taken 1 crocin advance tablet.
