Lately I've been randomly staring blankly it's like I'm unresponsive but I know what's going on around me, I've had this go on my whole life but lately it's been happening more and more

This could be an Absence seizure - a type of fit. An EEG will help in diagnosis. Consult a Neuro Specialist.
