When I get up in the morning I feel dizzy and blank out for 2 seconds, I have to cling on to something and I hold tight. I feel I have a clot in my brain

Dear sir, these are symptoms of either vertigo or Mild brain stroke called TIA. You need to see a doctor for assessment and if needed brain MRI.
