Constant headache from past 5days nd even medicine r working for me I am nt even able to sleep because of this pain nd when I apply ice to my head dn it gives little bit of relaxation

I've been a headache for last 4 days. Feel like vomiting and weakness. So much pain on right eye. I am unable to carry out my routine work due to this tremendous headache. What can i do to cure my headache
