Severe headache around the right eye. Symptoms match with cluster headaches/aneurysm. IMOL PLUS painkillers don't seem to help much. He wakes up at night due to severe pain causing lack of sleep. Are any scans required? What specialist should I contact?

I've been having quite severe headaches for 4 days now, all day and throughout the night - which has woken me out of my sleep. I've been using nurofen to ease the pain but it keeps returning, each time worse than the last.

Constant headache. Not able to concentrate on anything. Getting irritation of loud noise. Not able to keep anything in mind. Pain in full head and at back side of the neck till spinal cord. Pain in brain also.

Taking cilacar 10 for having BP 140/90. Suffering from strain in head with blinking pain while bending down oe laughing or coughing. Already tried calpol 650, Montelucast etc.

Struggling to sleep for past 4yrs, if i hear any minute sound, any movements its disturb my sleep, my mind is always so disturbed. Felt very concisious when m in sleep. Once my sleep disturbed could not able continue my sleep again. Even i felt tired not able to sleep deeply. Need a soundless surrounding and without any disturbance, but cant.

I have been headache for 15 months . One doctor told me that I have migrane .before 15 days I have taken the migrane med for 1 months but after leaving the med the pain again started.
