Brain and Spine Problems

I hv been feeling nauseating and my head is constantly spinning for 2 days now. I am not able to get up of bed.

I had a pain in my left side of head aftr had tablet the pain is completely reduced but the numbness is still in my chicks and teeth. Can you please advise me how can I rectify. I have attached MRI report as well.

Actually my brother had pain while chewing or biting food. when he visited doctor. doctor suggested for MRI scan and confirmed trigeminal nerve press and gave few tablets. I would like to know what will be the next level of treatment be given to him, to make him normal and pain relieved

My wife is having one of her nerve compressed in the spinal cord due to which she is suffering from intense pain. We have consulted many doctors but there is no relief so we what to consult you for this problem.

I am having pain in my head from last month . Head feels very heavy and when I sleep it pains . Am having headaches often and erratic cough and cold too. When I wake up in morning or suddenly lower right side of my head starts paining and then I get headache near the temple. I work in ecommerce firm and my job is very hectic.

I met a serious accident on 9 Nov 2014 and had severe brain injury. Operated through frontal bone after blood clot confirmation in brain on 14 Nov 2014 in Paras hospital Patna. Things were normal after that. But started getting headache after 6 months and in a week or so witnessed a severe seizure attack that remained for more than 10-15 hours ( unconscious). Then I remained on eptoin after that. Second seizure came after 1 and half year. And then levipill started. Doctors have said something like some operations scars are the reason. Couldn't clearly understand all these. Please suggest something and also throw some light on drugs and it's doses. And for how much time I have to keep taking drugs.

I am suffering from Burning under sole and sole pain with calf pain as well since 3 months. I have done my diabetes and urine test which is normal and also taken some medicine like neurobion plus tab and along with deitry supplement like magnet 369 for 1 month but no relief at all.Now what shall I do to get relief from my burning sole under feets

I have constant headache for about 3 months, The pain occurs at that part where I tie my bunch of hair i.e. chotti. As I open my chotti, I feel relaxed. Please provide suggestion regarding this.
