Brain and Spine Problems

My left hand start cramping some several day before. But previously both hand have this but in the morning after riding my bike( my job like shift rotation ).

Hello doctor. Is a person contagious if he's having tuberculosis meningitis? What are the precautions needed to be taken? And if he is living with us. Should we take tests too?

MRI of my grandmother (75yr) there is conclusion tiny recent infract in right external capsule. Diffuse cerebral atrophy and periventricular ischemic changes. Both lateral ventricle, third ventricle dilated prominent. CST flow void in aqueduct and with acute corpus callosal. Angle possibility of normal pressure hydrocephalus should be considered.

The head is like so heavy and the entire head is paining very hardly since two days .i don't know what it is related to or y it is happening

Pain in shoulder from neck. consulted Ortho doctor & took x-ray. report is normal but pain remains. doctor suggested physiotherapy 5 days neck traction & IFT. i have completed the same still no improvement.
