I am having headaches regularly at the back of my head till shoulders My ears are jaws are having light pain

There are many causes of headache. Stress, sinus blockage, eye strain and Migraines are common causes. Once the cause of your headache is ascertained, treatment can be effectively done. In your case, the pain seems to be due to stress. Take mild anelgesics with Antacid. If pain still persists then consult a Neurospine​ Specialist.
