Brain and Spine Problems

My face has had a continuous spasm for around four days. Not so much my eye, but right before the eye socket, kind of below where the eyebrow ends. It's hardly stopped, and I don't know if it's something I should be concerned for.

I suffer from severe pain on the right side of my head from several years. The pain is especially in the area between frontal lobe and parietal lobe probably in the area of motor strip and sensory strip.The pain is in the form of vibrations of low frequency.The painful vibrations extend through the part mentioned to the right side of tongue.

My maternal uncle have a brain tumor , as dr. said to us based on ct scan report. But he has no such symptoms of brain tumor. therefore we are confused what to do now. wheather we should go for a surgery as they said or to visit anywhere to conform first. another quary is that is there only one treatment of brain tumor i.e. surgery? please help us

Few year back doctor given few injection on my right hip now there is a small mass piece shown having pain, now I m unable to stand more then 10 min and having difficulty in talk also.

There is burning sensation (no pain) near lower abdomen, lower back till end. We did endoscopy, colonoscopy, lft test etc. All reports are clear. Also there is no pain in the body. Can these burning sensation be because of some nerve problem.
