Brain and Spine Problems

I am suffering from disc herniation at c3c4, c4c5 and c5c6, I have done my MRI and evaluated by neurosurgeons, they said that there is no compression of nerve root, I only have thecal sac indentation, I am taking pregabalin but it not provide sufficient pain relief, so o am taking aceclofenac 100mg twice a day and it reliefs my severe pain can I use it for long-term, I have severe pain

Symtoms: Lack of concentration. Numbness in legs, if sitting in a certain posture for more than 5-10 mins. Diziness if I shake head horizontally. Motion sickness. Headaches either in left or back side or right of brain. Sometime I can feel something moving in brain happens rarely.

I am having peripheral nervous for example burning paining and numbness muscle pain muscle loss I am taking gapatin plus medicine what kind of test we can to confirm to peripheral nervous and also pins and needles

I have weak memory i cannot memorize things so help I do overthinking and I cannot remember things while studying

My FIL is having headache from past 2 months and after consulting general physician and having a routine eye check up,Dr advised for brain scan and mentioned the symptoms as Papilledema.One of the left eye nerve is weak since his childhood days.Kindly let us know what should be done. Thanks Pavan

Hello Doctor, Some days as soon as I wake up in the morning , I wake up with a headache. Its in top front part of my head. The headache usually vanishes in 20-30 mins after that. Although this is not frequent but happens 1-2 times a month. Any idea what could be the cause ?

Sir/mam, I am F C  Sinha, age 31, height 5'5" weight 68kg. Generally, not always, after eating I feel as if hundreds of needles are being punched inside of neck, ears and tongue. This feeling is from inside not outside. It occurs only after eating. It finishes in 3 to 4 minutes. Very Cold water helps at this time. I have this problem since many years.

My dad is having a permanent tingling in palms and a sweet pain persists alomost permanent. Since last week he is feeling same in the left toe as well. He was prescribed 'neurosis plus'. But he is not able to get it. What could be a good alternative to it. Any suggestion
