Brain and Spine Problems

Hello Doctor I am suffering from mild pain in my upper back bones/muscles when i sit on chair with support of upper back and also feel very mild pain in right and left side of chest bones while taking deeply breathing. Kindly suggest me Methycobal D once in a day and pregabid nt once after dinner is useful in that. Your answer will be appreciated. Thanks

Suffering from writers cramps from 15 years.I am unable to write properly (right hand)at the time of writing iam getting shivering and jerking.pl suggest any medicine.

I had vertigo episode 14 days back since that I am too much anxious about new episode today I try to a hard exercise and feeling awful doing vestibular rehab exercise tell me how long it can feel me better i am on vertin 8 tds only.
