Brain and Spine Problems

My mother is taking eliwel for tension headache. For some pins and needles on one side of her face , she was prescribed Palmiges and Lupirtin-P Can these medicines be had with Eliwell?

I feel disconnected from my surrounding.I am suffering from this for 3 months now and every day i wake up from sleep ,i hope that it would have gone away but it doesn't happen.I searched for symptoms online and it seemed like i am suffering from Derealisation disorder.There are days when i don't suffer from it but on those days my head feels heavy.

It's been 4 days I am suffering from headache and vision problem too.its kind of nerve pain I think I have migrein problem.my eye also paining.i can't focus on anything.because of this lock down I can't reach the good doctor near me.please suggest any medicine for temparory relief.

My mother was washing cloths and when she got up she hit her head with the metal tap. This happened 10 days back and she is saying that there is a little pain where she hit her head. But the main issue is that she is not able to sleep. She is saying that she feels sleepy but when she goes to sleep she is not having deep sleep. What is the reason. Should we go get it checked?
