Brain and Spine Problems

Im having sever migraine from last 2 3 days, Im having tab Stimitil and Praamet still the headache pain is same. Please advise.

I'm having facial pressure on my face especially from my head to nose. this begins, from morning when I wake up as during sleep as even though I'm in sleep my brain is continuously murmuring, as a result when I wake up I feel as if my brain is not relaxed and And feel pressure around my brain. I'd also done an MRI, X-ray and nasal endoscopy which was normal except I'd mild deviated septum. But now I feel as if this is neurological issue as this is from my childhood days. I feel stiffness on my head because of that my does doesn't blink a lot and also I feel as I'm not being able to use my brain properly as it is stiff. So please can you tell me about it what should I do as it is affecting me very much.

As I was played carroms by sitting in the floor folding legs  for long hours From that time onwards my right leg foot got numbness .. I am not getting any pain and also I didn't get swelling..but I have numbness still in my foot.. Plz give remedy or medication Tq ..

My 9 years old son takes Torleva XR 500 tablet at night and 250 mg tablet in the morning to prevent seizures. Can he also take Ayurvedic medicines parallely with this tablet? Can ayurvedic and alopathic medicines have any interference with each other?

I was diagnosed for cervical spondylosis post complaining tingling and numbness in my index and middle finger of my right hand and the MRI impression says: C4-5 Posterocentral disc protrusion, abutting thecal sac/cord had no cord signal changes. C5-6 and C6-7 Posterocentral and bilateral paracentral disc osteophyte complexes, abutting thecal sac and narrowing neural foramina bilaterally. It's been 7 months there is no pain and the tingling/ numbness/ any pain radiating from my arm on the index finger it's totally gone. However the numbness and tingling on my middle finger remains still. Not as much as it used to be. Also, my vitamin d3 was at 9.87 when the MRI was done. I was advised to wear collar belt and to take DRISE 1/week for 2 months. I checked my d3 levels after 3 months and found that to be @ 60 but now again to my surprise my d3 levels have gone down to 18. I am again advised to take DRISE for 2 months.  Do I need to look for neuro physio or a neuro surgeon. Pls advise.

Right side haft head is paining from last 1 hour. Frequent headache occurred on eye brows and forehead.
