November 2016 I take a MRI then I found in white matter but I don't know about problems that why I don't not taking any madicien for this last 6 months neck shoulder  arm pain right side my cholesterol is high my bp is 140/100 how can we recovered such all things I sitting and working late night and white matter converted to gray matter please help me out and please natural reamady

I am diagnosed with SLE so i am taking medicines hcqs200, Omnicortil 2,5mg as prescribed by doctor.My problem is when i sleep in night i get calf pain and feel tingling in my toe. Because of which i cannot sleep whole night though i tried ice packs as well massage still there is no improvement..is this restless leg syndrome?

I have reduce around 18 kgs since last 5 months. Took Neurobion Forte x 1 tablet for 2 months and Vitamin D shots once a week for 6 weeks. Attached latest vitamin report. I do moderate to intense workout 5 days a week and sometimes I feel pressure in my head and face usually while walking. This usually happens once a while only may be once a week and not everyday. Usually on the days when I am exerted. Bp and sugar levels are normal. Medical History: Dengue last year in November, High BP in January which was controlled after weight loss. My queries are: 1. Do I need to worry for head pressure? Do I need to consult for this or is this normal? 2. Do I need to continue vitamin supplement and for how long? 3. Any diet recommendations?

Hi Doctor, Recently my mother is suffering from paresthesia (numbness and tingling) on the right  waist. In that region she also complains of mild pain and feels that area to be a bit swollen up. It does not cause her any pain during normal day to day work. She has been using a hot bag over it for past 1 week and seeing very less improvements. Please suggest what is the best way forward.
